  2. Click on the "Send Registration" button at the bottom of the form to submit your registration to ASQ Headquarters.
  3. A summary screen with all of the options you selected will appear after you click the Submit button. You should print a copy of this screen for your records.
  4. Your registration (whether phoned, faxed, mailed in, or completed online) will be confirmed by mail with a receipt confirmation letter. Please do not follow up online registration with a phone or fax registration. We will make every effort to process your registration within two business days; however, unexpected delays may increase the processing time.

*Shared Registration

**Only Individual registrations are eligible for the shared registration. If you are in the DC area but can’t attend the conference for all 3 days, your registration can be transferable daily. A person attending one day can leave his/her badge holder at the end of the day with the Registration Desk for a pre-registered colleague to pick up his/her own badge the next morning. Please provide the names of others who will share your registration — Up to 2 more names.

*Group, Faculty, and Examiner Discount (5+)
***Groups of 5 or more receive a $100 discount per registrant off the advance or regular registration fee. Registrations must be made as a group. The full conference fee will be charged if cancellations reduce the group to fewer than 5 people. Substitutions may be made at any time. Full-time academic employees are eligible for discounted fees of $795 (advance) or $945 (regular). A $100 discount is also available to members of the 2010 National Baldrige Program Examiners. The faculty and examiner discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts.
