The registration and hotel form must be dulty filled in and returned to the Conference Secretariat either by fax +372 6266 232 or by E-mail:conference@estravel.ee
REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fee for participants includes attendance at the scientific sessions, workshops, conference materials (final programme,abstract book, conference bag, name badge), coffee breaks and lunches during the conference, Welcome Reception.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Upon receiving your registration form, the Conference Secretariat will send you a confirmation by e-mail.
Registration is completed when organizers have received payment.
Payments of registration fees and / or hotel reservations must be processed in Euros as follows:
- Credit Card: VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTERCARD
You should pay by credit card on-line at http://www.ibasmc2010.org/registration.html - Bank transfer (invoice with bank details will be sent to you by Estravel Ltd)
Please note that we cannot accept cheques.
Note: For bank transfers, please be sure that all the bank processing costs are paid by the remitter and the full amount is paid to the recipient’s account; the organisers will not cover any transfer fees.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation of registrations and / or hotel reservations will be accepted until May 31st, 2010.
From June 1st, 2010 until June 30th, 2010 30 % of the registration fee and / or hotel reservations will be refunded.
No refunds will be processed for cancellation received after July 1st, 2010
The cancellation must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat, conference@estravel.ee, fax +372 6266 232.
In all cases, payment handling costs will be deducted from the amount of the refund. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
VISA INFORMATION
From 21 Dec. 2007 Estonia belongs to the Schengen visa area. There are border controls only at the Schengen area’s external borders. NB! Please note that even though documents are not checked when crossing an internal Schengen border, it is still necessary for EU citizens to carry a passport or ID card. For a list of the countries whose citizens do not need a visa to visit Estonia, please click here.
Participants from other countries need to apply for a visa. The visa application form and other relevant documents should be submitted to the respective Estonian diplomatic representation or consular office.
ACCOMMODATION
The Organizing Committee has reserved provisional accommodation for participants at several hotels in Tartu city centre, all within walking distance from the venue. Special accommodation rates are valid for registered participants.
Please use the online registration form to make your accommodation reservation by indicating your hotel room preference. Rates include taxes and breakfast.
The Conference Secretariat will confirm your reservation by e-mail or fax, after which hotel payment will be requested.
Cancellations or changes in accommodation reservations should be submitted to the Conference Secretariat by e-mail conference@estravel.ee, fax +372 6266 232. The Conference Secretariat will then confirm the cancellation or change.
